Carmen Barone has over 20 years of financial accounting and business management experience supporting government and commercial ventures. In 1984, she joined Raytheon as a Clerk, rising to the position of Financial Analyst. In 1994, after attending Cal Poly, she joined Astro-Aerospace as Finance Administrator, getting promoted to Accounting Supervisor within two years.

She joined FTI as an Accountant in 1998, the only one FTI had in those days. Two years later, in 2000, the Accounting Dept had grown to three people and she was named Accounting Manager. In 2002, she was promoted to Corporate Controller and increased our accounting staff to four people. In 2003, she was promoted to Director of Administration and Finance, picking up responsibility for the Contracting and Human Resources Dept.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a Master's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

Carmen lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and son and spends much of her free time doing photography, movie going, several sports and doing arts & crafts work.
