Mr. Shroder is President and COO of Frontier Technology, Inc. (FTI). He has 25 years of diversified
technical and management experience in Information Technology primarily in the domain of DoD weapons systems. In his roles during that time period, he has been responsible for all business, technical, and management
decisions associated with Acquisition Services and Information Technology Business Areas.
The high technology services provided included a full life cycle of cost estimating, affordability services, CAIV analysis, product development, telecommunication support, information engineering, business process
re-engineering, software re-engineering, software development, software integration and independent validation & verification.
Currently, in addition to his duties as President of FTI he is involved in both operational decision making (including Health Monitoring) and acquisition decision making. The acquisition decision focus on an Affordability Methodology which is currently
associated with USAF, OSD, Navy, and Army Programs. He is also a board member for the Simulation Based Acquisition Coalition (SimBA), he received the 2001 SCEA Dayton Chapter Award for Management and is National President of Defense Planning and Analysis Society (DPAAS). |
