Saiful Hannan is the Director of the Studies and Analysis Group of Frontier Technology, Inc. (FTI).  He joined the group in 2002.  Over the years, he has developed an excellent reputation within the Department of Defense (DoD) as a key analyst, tackling several high profile issues.  From deriving mathematical algorithms currently being implemented that program billions of dollars for base operating support, to developing decision making tools for Assistant Secretaries of the various services allowing for joint manpower decisions, Saiful has remained an analyst in the forefront of DoD resource management policy.

Saiful leads a small group of quantitative analysts with world class credentials.  The group currently supports United States Air Force/A9 Studies & Analyses, Assessments and Lessons Learned.  The client is part of Air Force headquarters reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. 

Saiful earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical / Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.  His academic interests also include pattern recognition, and signal processing.
