Senior Cost Analyst |
| Duties |
-
Generate life-cycle cost profiles for Command and Control (C2) systems and Air Operations Centers (AOCs)
-
Identify cost drivers within DoD IT, C2 and AOC systems and identify cost reduction strategies
-
Support implementation of Reduction of Total Ownership Cost (RTOC) strategies
-
Conduct life-cycle cost assessments of complex military systems using various cost analysis tools, including Excel models, SEER, PRICE and ACE-IT
-
Develop and validate cost estimating relationships for use in models
-
Conduct Return-on-Investment analyses for system upgrades and modifications
-
Conduct Business Case Analyses to illustrate cost-benefit of system upgrades and modifications
-
Identify, document and refine requirements for cost estimating tool enhancements
-
Provide guidance for implementing software developments for cost-tool enhancements
-
Maintain close interface with customer technical organizations to ensure cost estimating requirements are implemented effectively
-
Develop and present briefings on cost estimating plans, tools and analysis results
-
Assist in maturing follow-on business opportunities |

| Experience |

5years of experience in cost analysis of military systems
-
Experience managing large-scale cost estimating activities
-
Experience managing good customer relations, both military and commercial
-
Experience with parametric formulas
-
Experience with DoD C2 and AOC system development and sustainment desirable |
| Qualifications |
-
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
-
US citizenship with ability to obtain a government security clearance
-
SCEA Certification is a plus | |
