Program Manager/ Director |
| Duties |
- Leverage existing customer relationships and FTI performance to identify new areas to apply FTI analysis processes and tools
- Lead business development projects associated with existing customer base
- Manage multiple analysis projects and identify where FTI affordability analysis tools may add value
- Support definition of structure for performance assessments of complex military systems using various performance, cost, schedule, and risk tools
- Oversee development and validation of decision support tools
- Oversee requirements analysis and clarification of performance targets which drive system cost
- Support definition of strategy for Business Case Analysis (BCA) and Return-on-Investment (ROI) for system acquisition alternatives
- Identify, document, and refine requirements for FTI analysis tool enhancements, and provide guidance for implementing software developments
- Maintain close interface with customer technical organizations to ensure requirements are implemented effectively
- Develop and present briefings on plans, tools, and analysis results

- 10 years experience in systems engineering activities related to military systems

| Qualifications |
- Demonstrated success in business development projects
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance
