| Duties |
- Lead new business development and contract activities.
- Direct a team of specialists to define cyber security vulnerabilities, needed capabilities, and tools.

Build a Center of Excellence for FTI and the DoD in Huntsville, Alabama

Develop new business in Huntsville and elsewhere
-
Establish revenue, profit, and technical goals
-
Develop annual operating budget
-
Recruit and supervise a staff of engineers, analysts, and computer scientists engaged in the design, development, and implementation of algorithms, systems, and tools specific to customer cyber, information operations, and intelligence needs
-
Direct staff in software development and testing of a wide variety of cyber security products and services
-
Ensure the establishment of a repository of network exploitation, computer forensic, and intrusion concepts, technologies, practices, and procedures used within the cyber and hacker-trade industries |
| Education |
|
| Experience |
- Minimum of 15 years related experience
- Experience in systems engineering activities related to military systems.

Experience in strategic and operational planning, goal setting and achievement, and rewards and incentives

Experience in business development and proposal and program management |
| Qualifications |
- Demonstrated success in business development projects

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with internal and external customers

U.S. citizenship with appropriate government security clearances | |
