| Duties |
- IT System Project Schecduler
- Work closely with the Government and federal contractors to develop acquisition strategy and supporting statements of work for end to end integration efforts for IT projects such as the Non Secure Internet Protocol Router, Secure Internet Protocol Router, Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System, Voice Over Internet Protocol, and ancillary communications systems, including workstation connections, audio-visual design and integration, and commercial Internet services

Develop Request For Proposal (RFP) documents in support of procurement strategies

Develop and maintain multiple executable Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) based on customer procurement requirements

Provide engineering support to the Information Technology Working Group, Audio Visual Working Group, Information Assurance Working Group, and other groups as required
- Occasional off site travel

| Education |
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline |
| Experience |
- 10 years experience in systems acquisition activities related to military systems
-
Experience in writing DoD IT requirements, conducting requirements analysis/trades, and generating proposal requests
-
Experience with JCIDS, DODAF, and DoD 5000 Series desired |
| Qualifications |

Highly skilled in creating complex MS Project schedules and developing Visio diagrams

Understanding of network platforms, including optical network design and network management
-
Knowledge of core, aggregate, and distribution switching
-
Familiarity with project management best practices and configuration management processes
-
Ability to facilitate the coordination of technical documentation between multiple organizations
-
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
-
US citizenship with a current Secret level Government security clearance | |
