Program Director, Defense Decision Making

 
Duties
  • Leverage existing customer relationships and FTI affordability analysis background to identify new areas to apply FTI decision making analysis processes and tools
  • Manage multiple economic analysis, readiness assessment, logistics analysis, and human factors projects to mature decision support tools for government and commercial customers
  • Mature business plans by developing decision aid discriminators, identifying market segment needs, and defining implementation strategies
  • Oversee definition of structure for total ownership cost assessments of complex military systems that include human system integration costs 
  • Lead business development initiatives and support technical proposal generation
  • Oversee economic analysis and business case analysis to include Return-on-Investment (ROI) for system acquisition alternatives
  • Manage product development staff to include software development activity, configuration control, enhancement planning, and marketing efforts
  • Maintain close interface with customer technical organizations to ensure future decision support and analysis requirements are implemented effectively
  • Develop and present marketing briefings on FTI affordability analysis and related decision support tools
  • Support development of strategy to quantify human system integration costs into existing analyssi tools
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in analysis and support of military systems
Qualifications
  • Proven track record maturing customer relationships and increasing sales revenue
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with others and lead teams of distributed analysts and support staff
  • Experience managing large-scale DoD study activities
  • Experience managing good customer relations, both military and commercial
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
