Education	Bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience	At least 8 years experience in requirements analysis
Qualifications	Experience in large database design and security Understanding of JCIDS processes and documents Understanding of NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and DIACAP processes Understanding of DoD Weapon System Acquisition processes Familiarity with DoD Joint Staff Information Network Experience with secure sign-on for web services Experience developing training content Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Must possess an active Top Secret clearance
