System Readiness Project Manager

·         Support system and product readiness assessments from both manufacturing and product assurance perspectives

·         Apply readiness assessment tools such as Manufacturing Readiness Assessment and Product Assurance Readiness Tools

·         Guide future development efforts for readiness assessment tools and infrastructure to meet future customer needs

·         Identify potential customers with similar readiness assessment needs

·         Support generation of readiness assessment briefings and demonstrations to future customers

·         Identify and quantify readiness risks and support development of mitigation strategies

·         Review prime contractor and vendor quality program plans

·         Review inspection, test, and product acceptance plans

·         Participate in reliability and maintainability (RAM) activities, including RAM assessments, condition based maintenance, and failure reporting

·         Support life cycle reviews, including system requirements reviews, systems design reviews, preliminary design reviews, etc

·         Provide recommendations on development of technical and operational procedures

·         Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

·         Minimum of 8 years applicable experience

·         Working knowledge of CMMI principles

·         Experience conducting readiness assessments on DoD systems

·         Experience conducting life cycle reviews

·         Familiarity with manufacturing processes

·         Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

·         US citizenship with ability to obtain a government security clearance
