Test Engineer, System Health Management |
| Duties |
-
Assist customers by recommending and optimizing instrumentation for identifying critical system failure modes
-
Apply knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems to assist customers to identify critical system failure modes
-
Guide installation of instrumentation and data acquisition hardware, and specify data acquisition parameters
-
Assist with development algorithms and systems for monitoring the health, usage, and remaining life of military vehicles and support systems
-
Integrate algorithms with data from advanced sensors and controls systems and execute analysis tasks
-
Participate in the evaluation, deployment, and support of PHM systems in customer environments |

| Experience |

Minimum of 3 years experience with instrumentation and data acquisition in an engineering environment

Experience with database systems (Oracle, SQL, etc.) preferred
-
Experience in the implementation of software algorithms for statistical analysis or multi-source data fusion preferred
-
Experience in a repair depot or test facility environment a preferred |
| Qualifications |
-
Demonstrated knowledge of applied math, statistical analysis, signal processing, system modeling, or data fusion
-
Knowledge of MATLAB, C/C++, and/or other programming languages
-
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with customers and prospects at a technical level

US citizenship with the ability to obtain a government security clearance
