Capabilities

Founded in 1989 and incorporated in the state of California in 1990, BAI provides expert support to various Navy, Air Force, Special Operations Forces (SOF), and Homeland Security customers in the disciplines of information management, systems engineering and integration, software development, program management, technical services, and acquisition management support. BAI supports Naval Mission Planning Systems (NavMPS) program management and systems engineering at Patuxent River, MD; Point Mugu, CA; and China Lake, CA.

Quality Assurance
BAI’s Quality Control is based upon three essential principles: process, quality work, and peer reviews prior to delivery of products. Incorporating CMMI processes, BAI’s Quality Work Product Assurance includes continual process improvement and inspection of all BAI produced work products. Our Performance-based Metrics Approach ties objective measurements to contract goals, follows the process that BAI developed and implemented at NAWC-WD in its Earned Value Measurement (EVM) system.
