| The FTI E&A Group designs, develops and implements turn-key
engineering solutions to our clients most challenging problems. We
offer comprehensive solutions employing sound systems and software
engineering design principles and using leading edge technologies
and methodologies to produce cost-effective solutions for out clients.
Most of our solutions are automated and implemented in software, but
if a hardware component is also required, we will partner with the
appropriate hardware vendor to provide an integrated solution. We
prefer to tackle engineering problems that others have tried and failed
to solve or elected not to tackle because they are considered "intractable."
Example areas where we have designed, developed and implemented engineering
solutions include: real-time, optimal scheduling systems; real-time
optimal ground routing and aircraft routing systems; real-time gas
turbine engine health monitoring, prognosis and diagnosis systems;
aircraft passive terrain following systems; automatic target recognition
systems; pattern recognition systems; expert systems; artificially
intelligent systems; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance
optimization systems. We have developed chip-deployed embedded systems
as well as systems that run on desktop or laptop PCs. We have experience
with both military and commercial/industrial systems. |
