Space Operations Scheduling and Management System version 2.0 is a COTS software package that can be installed and used to schedule spacecraft control network contacts with spacecraft or to analyze spacecraft control network contact performance given optimal scheduling. SOPSMAN® 2.0 computes an optimal schedule very rapidly (providing an optimal schedule for 1000 contacts with 250 spacecraft in less than one minute) and permits, but does not require human intervention. When used for analysis, its intrinsic computational speed enables many "what-ifs" to be accomplished in a short period of time.
