FTI’s CEO, Ron Shroder shows his leadership for Christian CEO’s and Business Owners that guide a greater purpose

That’s the mission of the C12 Group, the nation’s largest peer roundtable organization for Christian CEOs and business owners. The group, which has more than 40 members in southwest Ohio and about 2,000 throughout the U.S., brings together leaders in the business community for a monthly discussion centered around the importance of faith in the marketplace, and how they can use their influence to make a positive impact on the community. It’s also a place where they can share ideas to help improve their business and strengthen company culture. Shroder said being a member of C12 has also helped him with FTI’s community outreach efforts. While this has always been a core tenet of the company — FTI has been active in sponsoring Honor Flights and other services to veterans, as well as education- and community-based outreach — Shroder said he always finds new strategies through conversations with his fellow C12 members.
