Work with FTI
Bridget - Software Engineer
I joined FTI in 2010 as a software developer. I enjoyed my manager and other co-workers during the interview process and believed it would be a good career move since I was self-employed at that time. Over time I have been able to expand my technical skills and have worked on multiple applications that have led to my success.
For the software development projects I have worked on, FTI has strived to continually serve customer needs and meet their expectations. As the company has grown, commitment from upper management strives to accomplish FTI’s mission and vision to grow the business, while still focusing on customers and their needs.
I myself, try to incorporate FTI’s 4Cs (Core Values, Commitment, Compassion, Charity) into my daily job by having integrity in all that I do; focusing on customer needs and meeting the requirements necessitated to accomplish that; having a positive outlook and treat co-workers and customers with respect; taking advantage of corporate resources such as charitable donation funds and being an Honor Flight guardian to help others.
Thomas - Operations Manager
Upon retirement in 2014 from the United States Navy, I joined FTI as a Project Manager to help make a large impact on the rapid growth FTI was experiencing with my Military background as well as my educational background. I later then was promoted to the Program Manager where I would focus on operations to help grow and build our company in a successful manner.
Incorporating the 4C’s into my daily duties that are set forth for each and everyone one of our employees is one of my biggest strengths. Being a very compassionateindividual that always wants to maintain core values at my own personal level as well as the company’s, is what keeps the company’s growth on a positive path. A Veteran myself, I am always looking to give back to our community and Veterans in a charitable way. That being said, I focus on being a contributor to our Honor Flight Program where we are dedicated to providing Veterans with honor and closure. I am very thankful and committed to being an asset to such a great company and FTIs success story.
Ben - Project Manager
Coming to FTI was a relatively easy decision for me. However, one particular characteristic stood out the most – attitude toward growth. FTI’s commitment to growth and success were a huge selling piece. Since I have been a part of this great family, I have watched our company nearly double in size. As an employee, that speaks volumes. That shows me that, as long as I give them my best, there will always be a place for me here. Pair that with a corporate staff who is compassionate, understanding and friendly with employees and you have a winning combination.
At FTI, our Mission is to clear the path for our customer’s success. This is a wonderful opportunity and responsibility for us, as a company. I want my customer(s), at any given time, to know that we are here for them, and willing to do what it takes to help them succeed. This isn’t always an easy undertaking, but I think that’s what makes FTI so special – we’re not afraid of a challenge. We care deeply about our customers, as if they were family. That is probably one of my favorite aspects of the culture here at FTI.
