In March, it was reported the Beavercreek-based tech firm was looking to hire up to 30 people in the next year to 18 months. They’ve already achieved that number, growing from 40 employees to 70 in just seven months. “Our growth pattern has been very aggressive,” Frontier CEO Ron Shroder told me. “We’ve been very blessed to have the opportunity to grow in this community.”
