He has participated in closing multiple M&A transactions from 2011 through 2017 representing both sellers and buyers in stock and asset sales. He has previously held executive positions with ManTech Intl., TranTech, Inc., NCI, Inc., RSI, RJO, Presearch, CACI, TetraTech, and the U.S. Government.
