Ron Shroder, located in Dayton, OH, is CEO/ President and Chairman of the Board for FTI. He has been employed by FTI for over 23 years, primarily in charge of the Decision Support Group. Mr. Shroder has been a leader in developing FTI’s decision support, cost analysis, and system health monitoring products and services, for use throughout the Department of Defense, and by large energy, and aerospace companies. Prior to coming to FTI, Mr. Shroder was the Business Unit Director for Information Technology for RJO Enterprises.
Jim Rogers, located in Huntsville, AL, is currently Vice President for Army, Special Operation Forces (SOF), and Missile Defense Programs for Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Rogers joined Lockheed Martin in January 2013, after completing 34 years of distinguished service in the United States Army. During his time in the Army, Mr. Rogers held leadership and logistics positions at the tactical, operational, and strategic level.
Bill Bowser, is a seasoned C-level executive with a 30+ year record of success. He has performed in roles as a CEO, COO and CFO. Currently he is President at Bowser & Associates, LLC performing specialized engagements in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Turn-Arounds, Strategic Planning, and Executive Mentoring. He has participated in closing multiple M&A transactions from 2011 through 2017 representing both sellers and buyers in stock and asset sales. He has previously held executive positions with ManTech Intl., TranTech, Inc., NCI, Inc., RSI, RJO, Presearch, CACI, TetraTech, and the U.S. Government.
Walt Bies, located in Goleta, CA, is Chief of Business Development and President of FTI Services. He has been employed by FTI for 15 years, primarily leading the commercial IT division prior to 2004, is currently expanding FTI Services’ technical capabilities, and markets. Prior to coming to FTI, Mr. Bies was President and CEO of Advantsys, Inc.
Mark Hughes, is the Chief Financial Officer for Advanced Concepts and Technologies International bringing 42 years of combined operational and acquisition / financial military expertise coupled with technology C-level experience in companies ranging from $10M to $1.B in annual revenue. He provides strategic planning and budgeting / program oversight along with evaluating growth opportunities through merger-acquisition. He holds a bachelor’s degree from U.S. Air Force Academy, Master’s degree in Management Science from University of Dayton, and a Master’s degree in National Security Strategy, concentrating on Information Operations and Strategy from the National War College.
