We are highlighting John Wiecek, FTI’s Human Resources Compensation Analyst Intern, for his great work at FTI. John is from Baldwinsville, New York, and is currently in the process of earning his master’s degree in Data Science and Applications at the University of Buffalo. After graduating, John is searching for a data science job that solves problems within the defense industry. In his spare time, John enjoys traveling, playing baseball, and working out.
So far into his internship, John has gained experience within multiple areas of HR, discovered which factors determine compensation, and learned more about FTI’s commitment to donating to charity. John’s favorite part about FTI is the enthusiastic and passionate culture within FTI. This work culture motivates John to work his hardest and encapsulate the 4C’s into all his work. Throughout the rest of his internship, John is looking forward to volunteering with FTI, learning more about FTI’s role in the defense industry, and applying different defense analysis methods to real-life problems.
