We would like to introduce Lolita Beylina, our Human Resources Generalist Intern. Lolita lives in Royersford and is a first-year graduate student at Franklin University majoring in business psychology. In her spare time, Lolita volunteers for the American Red Cross as a Regional Red Cross Club Coordinator and enjoys journaling and singing. After college, Lolita plans to start a consulting agency or advise young adults on furthering their career exploration.
Lolita’s favorite part about her internship has been the inclusive environment within FTI, Lolita felt included from the first day when she received a Kudos board filled with welcoming messages from her team and department. So far into her internship, Lolita has learned 7 new software platforms the HR Team utilizes in their daily tasks, has completed a detailed website analysis using analytics that she plans to present to the HR team, and has received various training on Paylocity. Lolita is looking forward to gaining more experience in performance management and get involved in special projects throughout the rest of her internship.
