Lincoln Hudson

Lincoln Hudson, Chief Operations Officer, based in the Huntsville, AL area, comes to FTI with over 25 years of supporting the Department of Defense.  With his Master of Science degree in System Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University combined with his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, Lincoln has the knowledge for identifying and understanding the DoD mechanics of successful technology. He formally served as a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton with responsibility for several business assets and providing guidance and support to 850 employees. This included the growth and transition of a $300 million business. Lincoln also spent 15 years at Northrop Grumman in several roles ranging from Chief Engineer to Strategy Director, in addition to several years at General Dynamics in his early career.

Lincoln’s career path had its beginnings in high-tech classified environments, designed to grow evolving technologies into large-scale management portfolios for customers and program solutions.  His proven leadership and organizational design knowledge, coupled with his employee-centric mentoring, allow him to be equally customer-focused and employee focused, resulting in growth, solid strategy alignment and implementation and program execution for both the customer and the corporate structures. Lincoln has a proven track record of applying the right technologies which in turn create a sustainable affordable elegant solution that benefits the work force on all levels.
