Project Makeover Hampton Roads is collaborative community initiative by The Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach, Thrive Young Professionals and the Urban Renewal Center. Its purpose is to create a more dynamic learning environment for elementary students in Hampton Roads. This year, Jacox Elementary School in Norfolk, VA was made over from August 17th-August 19th.
