Here at FTI, one of our cultural foundations is Charity, called our 4th C. During this Holiday Season, we are taking time to appreciate and give back to the communities around us as we seek to love our neighbors in this Season of Giving. I recently participated in a fundraising effort with the YWCA to support their mission of helping those in need.

FTI’s 4th C coordinated a company-wide virtual/in-person walk as an FTI Fundraiser for the YWCA.

The YWCA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. It is one of the “oldest and largest multicultural organizations promoting solutions to enhance the lives of women, girls, and families.”

The event’s theme was FLASH: FTI Loves Actively Supporting Heroes.

Employees could participate through virtual and in-person walks throughout the country. Teams from Los Angeles to Boston to San Antonio and many in between walked on September 26th to raise funds for the YWCA. We are excited to say that through this event FTI donated $41,731.00 to YWCAs across the nation.
